Clarity self-service

Help Center

Answers to common early-access questions. This guide is self-service; it does not access your private books or run a paid AI model.

Getting started

How do I join early access?

Use the founding-customer form on our homepage. A place on the interest list is not a paid subscription or a promise of immediate account activation.

I can't sign in. What should I do?

If your account was created, use the password reset page. If you are still on the early-access list, you may not have an active customer account yet.

Do I need to connect my bank?

No. Early-access workflows are designed to start with exported CSV transactions and private document uploads. Clarity does not initiate payments or transfers.

Documents and bookkeeping

Where should I upload receipts and other financial documents?

After signing in, use the private Documents area. Do not send bank statements, receipts, passwords or account numbers through the public support form.

What happens when a transaction is uncertain?

Clarity is designed to apply conservative rules first, escalate unresolved work through guarded automation only when enabled, and reserve Stage 4 for human review. Paid AI processing is not active during current prelaunch validation.

Does Clarity prepare taxes or move money?

No. Version 1 does not prepare tax returns, give personalized tax advice, move funds, or make payments on your behalf.

Account and assistance

Can I use Clarity on my phone?

The responsive web app can be added to your phone's home screen. A separate native mobile app is not required for its web experience.

Where can I ask about privacy, security, an account issue, or an unresolved bookkeeping question?

Use the support form without including passwords, full banking details, authentication codes or private financial documents. Human review is available for matters that need judgment; automated support stages are still being built and validated.

Need personal assistance or Stage 4 human review?Use our support request form. For private receipts and books, sign in and use the customer Documents area. Never include passwords or bank account details in a public message.
